Processing & Delivery Times
All orders will be shipped out ASAP. Shipping times vary by location.
Most orders are shipped out within 48 hours.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with your tracking number. This allows you to monitor your package every step of the way to your door.
Flavor Substitutions
If you order a product in a certain flavor and we are out of said flavor, you will be shipped something close to it. You may or may not be contacted regarding replacement flavor.
Shipping Regions
We currently ship within the United States only.
We do not ship to Idaho (ID) for legal reasons.

Return Policy

We have a non-refundable and non-cancellation policy on all of our orders.
Incorrect Address Returns
If an order is shipped to the address requested, and this order is returned due to the incorrect address entered by the purchaser, a $10 restocking fee will be applied to the order and the rest will be refunded to the credit card associated with the transaction.
Eligible for Replacement or Refund
If your purchase was made from MsHippi.com and the product received is:
- Incorrect
- Damaged (outside of the carrier)
- Missing from the order
You may be entitled to a replacement or refund only if you email support@zorrillo.com within 10 days of receipt of the delivery of your order.

Important Conditions
- All returns could be subject to a restocking fee and may be denied a refund for the shipping cost
- MSHIPPI reserves the right to deny any refund for any reason
- MSHIPPI stands behind the quality of our products, however, please note that cannabinoids affect everyone differently
Special Cases
Dented Cans: Dented cans are still safe to consume and do not qualify for a refund or replacement.
Cans Opened During Shipment: We will give a store credit since we can only replace four-packs and cannot mail out single cans.
Retail Store Purchases
All purchases made outside of MsHippi.com at a retail store or third-party location must be handled by that store. Please contact the retailer where you made your purchase for any issues with products bought in-store.
